Please supply your artwork as a print-ready PDF with a 3mm bleed and crop marks. Make sure all colours are CMYK and imagery is 300dpi.

Each template has the bleed, cut line and safe area already marked, so your file is set up correctly first time:
- Download your size and corner style — PDF for Illustrator, Affinity or InDesign; PNG for Photoshop or Canva.
- Open it in your design app, or place it on a locked layer at 100% size — it already includes the 3mm bleed.
- Design over it: run your background right to the red bleed edge and keep text and logos inside the green safe area.
- Hide or delete the template layer, then export a print-ready PDF (CMYK, 300dpi) and upload it with your order.

Because every job is printed to your own artwork and specification, we cannot take a return simply because you have changed your mind, and errors carried through the proof you approved, or colour and trim variation within normal print tolerance, are not print faults. What size are mini photo cut-outs?
60 x 80mm as standard — roughly the size of a playing card — with any custom size available. Larger works better as a cake topper, smaller works better tucked into a favour bag.
What photograph should I send?
Send the highest-resolution original you have, with the subject clearly separated from the background and not cropped at the edges. Phone photographs are fine as long as they are sharp and well lit — we will handle the cutting path.
How is the cut-out shape made?
We print your photograph on rigid card and then contour-cut each piece on a cutting machine that follows the outline of the subject, including gaps such as the space between an arm and the body.
Should I add lamination?
Lamination is worth adding if the cut-outs will be handled all evening or set out near drinks — matt or gloss both give a wipe-clean surface and stop the edges softening. Without it the card is perfectly serviceable for a single event.
Can they stand up?
They are supplied flat. For a table scatter or a favour that is exactly what you want; if you need them to stand, prop them against a glass or ask us about a life-size cut-out, which comes with a strut.

About Mini Photo Cut-Outs
Mini photo cut-outs are hand-sized figures printed from your own photograph and contour-cut to the outline of the subject, so what you get back is the person, not a rectangle with a person in it. The standard size is 60 x 80mm, and any custom size is available if you want them larger for a cake or smaller for a favour bag.
We print on rigid card — 350 or 400gsm silk for sharp detail and deep colour, or 350gsm uncoated for a softer, matt finish — and cut each one on the contour cutter, so the edge follows the hair, the raised arm and the gap between elbow and waist. Optional gloss or matt lamination adds durability and a wipe-clean surface, which is worth having if they are going anywhere near a table of drinks.
Send a photograph with the subject clearly separated from the background and we will do the cutting path. The minimum order is 10 and the price per piece falls quickly as the run grows, so a table scatter of 100 costs far less per figure than a set of 10.
