Printed event badges for conferences, exhibitions, trade shows and festivals, worn on plain clip lanyards. Show attendee names, roles or access levels in full colour on card, in three sizes with a silk or uncoated finish, printed on one side or both. Add plain single or double clip lanyards in black, white or navy, and clear plastic wallets to keep the badges clean. For badges worn all day, add metal eyelet reinforcement: a metal eyelet in each lanyard hole, so the clip pulls on metal, not card, and the hole stands up to being pulled and knocked. Please supply your artwork as a print-ready PDF with 3mm bleed and no crop marks (we add our own). Make sure all colours are CMYK and imagery is 300dpi.

Free design templates
Each template has the bleed, cut line and safe area already marked, so your file is set up correctly first time:
- Download your size: PDF for Illustrator, Affinity or InDesign; PNG for Photoshop or Canva.
- Open it in your design app, or place it on a locked layer at 100% size. It already includes the 3mm bleed.
- Design over it: run your background right to the red bleed edge and keep text and logos inside the green safe area.
- Hide or delete the template layer, then export a print-ready PDF (CMYK, 300dpi) and upload it with your order.

That window is the whole job, not just the van: we print, finish and dispatch your order and the tracked carrier delivers it. The clock starts when you approve your free print preview, so approving promptly is the fastest thing you can do.

Northern Ireland, the Highlands & Islands, the Isle of Wight, offshore and international addresses are priced live at checkout, as are unusually heavy orders: over 15kg is £14.95 whatever the order value. Flat prints bigger than A4, such as A3 posters or 25 cm stickers, travel in a larger, board-backed pack: paid delivery services carry a packing charge for it, shown at checkout, and free standard delivery stays free. Very large pieces (any side over 120 cm, such as A0 boards) go by courier rather than post, at the courier price shown at checkout for each service. Pieces over 150 cm, or over 100 cm both ways, are beyond the parcel couriers: they travel with a specialist courier at the rate shown at checkout, or we split the artwork into smaller panels for you free of charge. Every order is covered by the Presswift Guarantee: printed to the print preview you approve and the specification you choose, or put right. If what arrives is damaged, short or does not match the approved print preview, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the problem and a count of the affected copies, and keep the copies unused while we look. We reprint the affected copies to the same specification or, where a reprint is not practical, refund them; approved refunds reach your original payment method within 7-10 working days. Because every job is printed to your own artwork and specification, we cannot take a return simply because you have changed your mind, and errors carried through the print preview you approved, or colour and trim variation within normal print tolerance, are not print faults. That is what the free print preview is for: check the colours, wording and layout on the print preview and nothing goes to press until you are happy with it.
Can I get name badges the same day?
Yes. Design 90 × 60 mm name badges in our online editor before the weekday cut-off and same-day courier delivery across London is confirmed automatically at checkout. Can I have different badge designs for different attendee types?
Yes. You can colour-code and label badges separately for speakers, exhibitors, staff and general visitors so roles are easy to tell apart on the day.
Do the lanyards come with the badges?
Only if you choose them: the configurator asks, and you pick No lanyard, Single Clip Lanyard or Double Clip Lanyard. Lanyards and wallets arrive loose, ready for you to put together; add Lanyard Assembly or Badges Put in Wallets and we do it for you. Our lanyards are plain, in black, white or navy, and we send black unless you ask for another colour. Lanyards printed with your logo are a separate service that takes 4 to 6 working days, so we quote them on request; they cannot come on next-day or same-day delivery.
How should I supply my artwork?
Please send a print-ready PDF set up in CMYK at 300dpi with 3mm bleed. Keep names and logos clear of the edges so nothing important is trimmed off. If you choose Metal Eyelet Reinforcement, keep the top centre clear too: the 6 mm hole is cut 8 mm down, so leave a 12 mm circle there free of names and logos. The blank template marks it.
Can you print names for every delegate?
Yes, personalised names and titles can be printed on individual badges. Supply your attendee list clearly and we will match each name to its badge.
Are the badges reusable?
The lanyards and plastic wallets can be reused across events, and a new printed badge slips into the wallet. A badge printed with a name is best kept for that one person.
Will the lanyard hole tear?
No: every badge comes with one of two protections, and you choose which. A clear plastic wallet (the default, for badges up to 90 × 60 mm) takes the clip itself, so the card needs no hole; a double clip lanyard clips to the wallet's two corner holes. Metal Eyelet Reinforcement puts a metal eyelet in a 6 mm hole at the top centre, so a single clip pulls on metal, not card. We no longer cut a bare clip slot in the card, because it tears in use.

Every badge comes in a clear plastic wallet unless you choose otherwise: the clip goes through the wallet, so the card needs no hole and the design is never punched through. A double clip lanyard clips to the wallet's two corner holes, so the badge hangs level. Wallets take badges up to 90 × 60 mm. For a bigger badge, or a badge on show without a wallet, choose Metal Eyelet Reinforcement: one 6 mm hole at the top centre, 8 mm down, with a metal eyelet fitted so a single clip pulls on metal rather than the card. Keep the top centre of your design clear for it. We never cut a bare clip slot in the card: it tears in use.
