Pride Month is June; Pride in London parades in early July and UK Pride events run through the summer. This year's window runs Tuesday 1 June 2027 to Saturday 31 July 2027. Order by 2.30pm Mon–Fri for same-day courier delivery across London, next working day anywhere in the UK, or standard delivery (3-5 working days) to UK mainland addresses, free on orders over £25.
Windows, bars and venues
The window is the first thing the parade sees. Removable vinyl, posters and floor graphics for the front of house, and the menu and table print for a month of Pride nights.
The float, the stall and the lobby
Print that stands up on its own — foam boards and a roller banner for the office reception or the venue for the whole of June, correx signs for the float and the stall on the parade route.
After-parties, tickets and badges
The night after the parade, the fundraising day and the staff network's own event — the flyers that fill it, the tickets on the door and the badges that say who is who.

How far ahead do I need to order for Pride?
Pride is a season rather than a single date, so there is no one order-by day. Order, with your artwork approved, by 2.30pm Mon–Fri for same-day courier delivery in London, by the same cutoff for next-working-day delivery anywhere in the UK, or allow 3-5 working days for standard delivery, free on orders over £25, to UK mainland addresses. For a parade on a Saturday, order by the Friday cutoff for same-day; foil or mounting needs a few extra days, so quote it and we give you a firm date.
Is there a minimum order for Pride print?
Personalised cards from the online designer start at a single card, priced at one flat rate per card. Flyers, stickers and posters are priced on the product page from small runs at the quantity you enter, so a community group's stall costs what it costs. Standard delivery is free on orders over £25.
Do you have Pride designs, or do I supply the artwork?
Upload your own print-ready artwork for any product — rainbow, progress-flag or your group's own colours print as you supply them. Cards can be designed online from a single copy with your own words and a JPEG or PNG photo of up to 10MB; we check the resolution and warn you before you order if it may print soft.
Can I have foil or lamination on Pride print?
Gold and silver foil is applied in-house on card runs, tags and vouchers — no die, so small quantities are affordable. Menus can be laminated. Foil is not on the same-day route and lamination can take a little longer; quote them and we give you a firm date.
Can I order several designs at once?
Yes. Add each design to your basket as its own line and check out once — the order is grouped and delivered together, so the float's banner, the stall's stickers and the office's window vinyl arrive as one delivery.
Are you connected to Pride in London?
No. We are an independent commercial printer in London and have no official affiliation with Pride in London or any other Pride organisation. We print the artwork you supply, for your own bar, venue, employer or community group, and any dates on this page are for planning only — check the organiser's own announcements for the parade route and timings.
