How is z-fold artwork different from roll fold?
Z-fold panels are all equal width because the sheet concertinas rather than tucks — set up six equal panels across your spread with 3 mm bleed and the fold lines fall automatically.
What sizes do same-day z-folds run in?
The standard leaflet size range, folding to a neat pocketable panel — pick the flat size in the configurator and the finished panel size is shown alongside.
Can a z-fold work as a self-mailer?
Yes — the back panel folds to the outside, so leave it clean for an address face and the piece posts without an envelope.
