Outside London, or missed today's cut-off? Next-day z-fold flyers & leaflets, UK-wide
The z-fold zig-zags a sheet into six panels that open with a single pull — the format for step-by-step guides, timetables and anything a reader should sweep through in order. Upload your artwork and we print and machine-fold the run the same afternoon.
Because every z-fold panel is equal width, artwork setup is the simplest of the six-panel folds. The leaflet costs the same as any other day; the courier is the only same-day line. Order, with your artwork approved, by 2.30pm Mon–Fri for folded, boxed delivery anywhere in London today.

Same-day z-fold flyers & leaflets FAQs
How is z-fold artwork different from roll fold?
Z-fold panels are all equal width because the sheet concertinas rather than tucks — set up six equal panels across your spread with 3 mm bleed and the fold lines fall automatically.
What sizes do same-day z-folds run in?
The standard leaflet size range, folding to a neat pocketable panel — pick the flat size in the configurator and the finished panel size is shown alongside.
Can a z-fold work as a self-mailer?
Yes — the back panel folds to the outside, so leave it clean for an address face and the piece posts without an envelope.
Can I use artwork I made with ChatGPT, Canva or another AI tool?
Yes. Every file is checked before it prints, whatever made it. AI images are often made at screen size, so on a larger print they can come out soft: if yours would, we show you which image and you choose to print it as it is, upload a sharper file, or send us the high-resolution images and our studio updates the artwork for you. You can run the same check before you order with our free file check.
