Vinyl window stickers are printed in full colour on 70 micron white matt vinyl with a permanent adhesive. They go on the outside of the glass, so your message reads from the street. Pick a circle, square or rectangle up to 1 metre, an A size up to A0, or enter your own size, from one sticker. For shop windows, glass doors, opening hours and seasonal offers. The vinyl is rated for outdoor use by its maker and resists water; our print is not laminated, so ask us before using it outdoors for long periods. Every order gets a free digital proof before we print.

Please supply your artwork as a print-ready PDF with 3mm bleed and no crop marks (we add our own). Make sure all colours are CMYK and imagery is 300dpi.

Each template has the bleed, cut line and safe area already marked, so your file is set up correctly first time:
- Download your size: PDF for Illustrator, Affinity or InDesign; PNG for Photoshop or Canva.
- Open it in your design app, or place it on a locked layer at 100% size. It already includes the 3mm bleed.
- Design over it: run your background right to the red bleed edge and keep text and logos inside the green safe area.
- Hide or delete the template layer, then export a print-ready PDF (CMYK, 300dpi) and upload it with your order.

Northern Ireland, the Highlands & Islands, the Isle of Wight, offshore and international addresses are priced live at checkout, as are unusually heavy orders: over 15kg is £14.95 whatever the order value. Flat prints bigger than A4, such as A3 posters or 25 cm stickers, travel in a larger, board-backed pack: paid delivery services carry a packing charge for it, shown at checkout, and free standard delivery stays free. Very large pieces (any side over 120 cm, such as A0 boards) go by courier rather than post, at the courier price shown at checkout for each service. Pieces over 150 cm, or over 100 cm both ways, are beyond the parcel couriers: they travel with a specialist courier at the rate shown at checkout, or we split the artwork into smaller panels for you free of charge. Because every job is printed to your own artwork and specification, we cannot take a return simply because you have changed your mind, and errors carried through the print preview you approved, or colour and trim variation within normal print tolerance, are not print faults. That is what the free print preview is for: check the colours, wording and layout on the print preview and nothing goes to press until you are happy with it.
Which side of the glass does a window sticker go on?
The side people will read it from, which for a shopfront is the outside. The vinyl is opaque white, so it reads in solid colour from the side it is stuck to and cannot be read through the glass from behind. Send your artwork the right way round; we do not mirror it.
Will vinyl window stickers cope with the weather?
The vinyl is rated for outdoor use by its maker and resists water. Our print is not laminated, so ask us before using it outdoors for long periods.
Can I take a window sticker off again?
The vinyl has a permanent adhesive, so it is made to stay put. If a sticker needs to come off the glass after a short promotion, ask us before you order.
Can window stickers be die-cut to a custom shape?
Circles, squares, rectangles and A sizes are cut to the size you pick on this page. For a sticker cut round the outline of your logo or lettering, request a quote and send the cut line as vector artwork. We aim to reply within 2 working hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm).
How do I apply a vinyl window sticker without bubbles?
Clean and dry the glass first, then apply slowly from one edge, smoothing outward with a soft cloth or squeegee to push out any air as you go.
