Individual stickers are printed in full colour and cut apart, so each one comes loose, ready to peel and stick. Pick a circle, square, rectangle or A size, or enter your own size from 30 mm. Custom shape: we cut right round your design on our Zünd, 2 mm outside its edge, and supply each sticker loose. For a custom shape, upload a PNG with a transparent background, your design on plain white, or a PDF. If your PDF has a cut line named CutContour we cut on that line. Gaps inside the design are filled; the cut follows the outside edge. We show the cut line on your proof before we print. Choose from five stocks: two self-adhesive papers for dry, indoor use (Writable, our lowest-cost stock, and High Gloss) and three polyester films that resist water, oil and handling better than paper (Matt White, Gloss White and Gloss Clear). Gloss White has a removable adhesive; the other four are permanent. We print without white ink, so on Gloss Clear anything white in your design prints clear. Our stickers are not laminated, so ask us before using them outdoors for long periods. Every order gets a free digital proof before we print.

Please supply your artwork as a print-ready PDF with 3mm bleed and no crop marks (we add our own). Make sure all colours are CMYK and imagery is 300dpi.

Free design templates
Each template has the bleed, cut line and safe area already marked, so your file is set up correctly first time:
- Download your size: PDF for Illustrator, Affinity or InDesign; PNG for Photoshop or Canva.
- Open it in your design app, or place it on a locked layer at 100% size. It already includes the 3mm bleed.
- Design over it: run your background right to the red bleed edge and keep text and logos inside the green safe area.
- Hide or delete the template layer, then export a print-ready PDF (CMYK, 300dpi) and upload it with your order.

The clock starts when you approve your free print preview, so approving promptly is the fastest thing you can do.

Northern Ireland, the Highlands & Islands, the Isle of Wight, offshore and international addresses are priced live at checkout, as are unusually heavy orders: over 15kg is £14.95 whatever the order value. Flat prints bigger than A4, such as A3 posters or 25 cm stickers, travel in a larger, board-backed pack: paid delivery services carry a packing charge for it, shown at checkout, and free standard delivery stays free. Very large pieces (any side over 120 cm, such as A0 boards) go by courier rather than post, at the courier price shown at checkout for each service. Pieces over 150 cm, or over 100 cm both ways, are beyond the parcel couriers: they travel with a specialist courier at the rate shown at checkout, or we split the artwork into smaller panels for you free of charge. Every order is covered by the Presswift Guarantee: printed to the print preview you approve and the specification you choose, or put right. If what arrives is damaged, short or does not match the approved print preview, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the problem and a count of the affected copies, and keep the copies unused while we look. Because every job is printed to your own artwork and specification, we cannot take a return simply because you have changed your mind, and errors carried through the print preview you approved, or colour and trim variation within normal print tolerance, are not print faults. That is what the free print preview is for: check the colours, wording and layout on the print preview and nothing goes to press until you are happy with it.
What sizes do Individual Stickers come in?
Circles and squares from 40 mm to 300 mm across (40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 100, 150, 200, 250 or 300 mm), and rectangles from 50 × 25 mm through 70 × 35, 100 × 50, 100 × 70, 150 × 100 and 200 × 100 mm, plus A6, A5, A4 and A3. Each shape also takes your own size, from 30 mm up to a 300 mm circle or square or a 300 × 420 mm rectangle, the largest piece we can cut from an SRA3 sheet. On the Custom shape tab, pick 50, 75 or 100 mm, the square your sticker fits inside, or enter the most your sticker measures each way, from 30 mm up to 300 × 420 mm. Larger than that? Which stock should I choose for Individual Stickers?
There are five. Two are Adhesive Papers with a permanent adhesive, for dry, indoor use. Writable is an uncoated matt white paper and our lowest-cost stock, good for address labels and envelope seals. High Gloss is a bright white paper with a mirror-like shine for vivid colour. Three are Premium Polyester Films, which resist water, oil and handling better than paper. Matt White has a soft, low-glare face and a permanent adhesive. Gloss White has a bright gloss face and a removable adhesive, so it can come off smooth surfaces later; it is not for rough surfaces or PVC. Gloss Clear has a permanent adhesive and lets the jar, bottle or window show through around your design. We do not print white, so white in your design prints clear on Gloss Clear, and colours look lighter on dark surfaces.
How are individual stickers different from sheet stickers?
Sheet stickers are kiss cut: we cut round each sticker but not through the backing, so they stay together on the sheet and you peel them off as you need them. Individual stickers come loose, each on its own piece of backing, ready to hand out or pack. Both come in the same shapes, sizes and stocks, printed and cut in our Battersea print room. Circles and custom shapes are cut out one by one and gathered by hand, while squares and rectangles are cut apart in straight lines, which is quicker. So a circle or a custom shape usually costs more than a square of the same size, and the gap grows with the quantity. We cut the shape you choose, so if your design is round, choose a circle.
What will the print preview show me?
Your file on the sticker with the cut line and the bleed edge drawn on and the part that is trimmed off shaded. On a round sticker the cut line is the circle we cut, so you can see that the corners of your file go; on a custom shape it is the line we cut round your design, 2 mm outside its edge. If white in your design would print clear on Gloss Clear, or a round design sits on a square, we tell you with your print preview and offer a fix. If we offer a free cut-to-size or white-border option, each option has its own preview so you can compare them. The print preview is free and comes back within the hour (studio hours, 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday), and nothing is printed until you approve it. For next-day or same-day delivery, order and approve your artwork by 2.30pm Mon–Fri. If your file needs a change, what counts is when you approve the new print preview.
Are individual stickers waterproof?
None of our stickers is waterproof. For anything that gets damp or wiped, such as bottles, jars and toiletries, choose one of the three Premium Polyester Film stocks on this page: they resist water and oil better than paper. The two Adhesive Paper stocks, Writable and High Gloss, are for dry, indoor use. Our stickers are not laminated, so if a sticker will be used outdoors, ask us first.
Can I get a custom die-cut shape?
Yes. Choose the Custom shape tab. Custom shape: we cut right round your design on our Zünd, 2 mm outside its edge, and supply each sticker loose. On the Custom shape tab, pick 50, 75 or 100 mm, the square your sticker fits inside, or enter the most your sticker measures each way, from 30 mm up to 300 × 420 mm. Upload a PNG with a transparent background, your design on plain white, or a PDF. If your PDF has a cut line named CutContour we cut on that line. Gaps inside the design are filled; the cut follows the outside edge. We show the cut line on your free print preview before we print. The 2 mm band between your design and the cut is left unprinted: white on the white stocks, clear on Gloss Clear. On the Circle, Square and Rectangle tabs we cut the shape you pick, not an outline drawn in your file.
Can I order more than one design?
Yes. In How many designs? choose how many designs you have, then set the quantity to how many of each you want: three designs at 50 each is 150 stickers. They are priced together as one run, which usually costs less than ordering each design on its own line, because every basket line has a minimum order of £15.00 excluding VAT. All the designs share the size and stock you choose, and each gets the same quantity. For a different size or quantity, add it as its own line. You upload one file per design, or one PDF with them all, in the basket.
What artwork do you need for individual stickers?
A print-ready PDF at 300dpi in CMYK with 3mm bleed works best. A JPEG or PNG at the sticker size also works, whatever made it, Canva and ChatGPT included. Keep text and logos 5 mm inside the edge of the sticker. Our free file check tells you straight away if anything needs attention: if an image would print soft, we show you and you choose to print it as it is or upload a sharper file. The free options let most files go to print without a new upload.
How much do Individual Stickers cost?

Can I get Individual Stickers delivered the same day?
Yes, on orders of up to 500 items with print-ready artwork. Order Individual Stickers, and approve your artwork, by 2.30pm Mon–Fri and a tracked courier delivers them the same day in London. Elsewhere in the UK, standard tracked delivery takes 3-5 working days, with express and next-day options at checkout (next-day: order and approve your artwork by 2.30pm Mon–Fri).
