What is the last date I can order for delivery before Black Friday?
For 2026: order, with your artwork approved, by 2.30pm on Thu 26 Nov for same-day courier delivery in London; by 2.30pm on Wed 25 Nov for next-working-day delivery anywhere in the UK; and by Thu 19 Nov for standard delivery (3-5 working days), free on orders over £25, to UK mainland addresses. The dates are worked out from the print room's working days. Foil, lamination or mounting needs a few extra days — ask for a quote and we give you a firm date.
The offer sold out by lunchtime — can I reprint the window and the tags today?
Yes, across London. Upload the amended artwork before 2.30pm Mon–Fri and a courier brings the reprint the same day; anywhere else in the UK it arrives next working day. Everything is printed on our own presses in London, so there is no third party to wait on.
Is there a minimum quantity for strut cards, tags and stickers?
Small runs are priced online alongside the large ones — choose the quantity on the product page and the price is shown before checkout. A single branch's worth of strut cards costs what it costs, and standard delivery to UK mainland addresses is free on orders over £25.
Do I need finished artwork?
Upload print-ready PDFs if you have them. If not, tell us what the offer says and which items you need in the quote form and we price it as one job, with a firm date, and email you a payment link.
Will the window vinyl come off cleanly after the weekend?
Yes — the window vinyl is removable, so the sale percentage comes off the glass on Tuesday without a trace. Print the Cyber Monday version at the same time as its own basket line and swap them over.
Can I mix designs in one order — different offers for different branches?
Yes. Add each branch's or each department's design to your basket as its own line and check out once — the order is grouped and delivered together. Foil on vouchers or tags is applied in-house, but it is not part of the same-day route; quote it and we give you a firm date.
