What is the last date I can order for delivery before St Andrew's Day?
For 2026: order, with your artwork approved, by 2.30pm on Fri 27 Nov for same-day courier delivery in London; by 2.30pm on Thu 26 Nov for next-working-day delivery anywhere in the UK; and by Fri 20 Nov for standard delivery (3-5 working days), free on orders over £25, to UK mainland addresses. The dates are worked out from the print room's working days, so a weekend St Andrew's Day is already allowed for. Foil or mounting needs a few extra days — ask for a quote and we give you a firm date.
Is there a minimum order for a small society dinner?
Cards start from one — a place card or a menu for a table of three is a real order. Trade items such as posters, tokens and stickers start from small runs, with the quantities and prices shown on each product page before checkout, so a dinner for thirty is priced the same way as one for three hundred. Standard delivery to UK mainland addresses is free on orders over £25.
Do I need finished artwork for the menus and dance cards?
Upload print-ready artwork and we print it as supplied, or design online where the product offers it — the galleries are open to every occasion, so pick a layout and add the saltire and your own running order. If you would rather send the list of dances and the menu as text, request a quote and we set it as one job with a firm date.
Can the menus be laminated for the bar?
Yes. Menus can be laminated to survive a full service, and window vinyl comes off again after the night without a trace. Lamination can take a little longer than the same-day route — quote it and we give you a date.
Is foil available for the dinner menus and place cards?
Gold and silver foil is applied in-house on card runs, tags and vouchers — no die, so a small run of foiled place cards is affordable. Foil is not part of the same-day route; quote it and we give you a firm date.
Can I order the Christmas and Burns Night versions at the same time?
Yes. St Andrew's Day opens the run-in to Christmas and Burns Night, and the same table often gets dressed three times. Add each version as its own line in the basket and check out once — the order is grouped and delivered together.
