Finding your order page
Sign in and open Orders from your account — every order is listed with its current stage (Needs your attention, In production, On its way, Completed) and a search box for order numbers, PO numbers and product names.
Every email we send about an order links straight to its page. Checked out as a guest? The confirmation email has a “Create a password” link; or use Track order with your order number and email and we’ll email you a link.
Items and artwork
Each item shows its options, quantity and price. Drop your print-ready files onto the item to upload them, or replace a file you’ve already sent. We accept PDF, AI, EPS, JPG, PNG, TIFF and PSD up to 100 MB.
If your artwork isn’t ready, tell us when to expect it (or that you don’t need to send any) so production isn’t held up. When we’ve checked a file you’ll see the result on the item — and what to fix if something isn’t print-ready.
Proofs and samples
When a proof is ready it appears on the item with Approve and Request changes buttons — we print exactly what you approve. Orders with a sample print have their own Sample section with the same choices.
Delivery and tracking
Once your order is paid and your artwork is in, the Delivery section shows the estimated dispatch day and delivery window for the service you chose. After dispatch you’ll see each parcel, its carrier, tracking number and a Track parcel button; the page turns to Delivered when the courier confirms it.
Need a different delivery name, contact number or address? Change delivery details in the Delivery section saves it straight onto the order until your artwork is ready to print. After that the details are fixed for the courier, so message us instead.
Expecting a parcel that hasn’t arrived? The Not arrived? link opens a message to us with the details filled in.
Payment and invoices
The Payment panel shows what you’ve paid, any balance due and a Pay now button when something is outstanding. Download your VAT invoice from the page at any time once the order is paid or invoiced.
Messages
Ask the team at the bottom of the page is the fastest way to reach us about that order — quick questions are one click, replies land on the page and in your inbox, and unread replies are flagged on your orders list.
Ordering again and templates
On a dispatched or delivered order, Order again rebuilds the same items at today’s prices, with your previous artwork offered for reuse. Save as template keeps a spec (product, options, quantity, artwork) in My templates so you can reorder it in one click later.
