Funeral Order of Service Printing
A well-made order of service gives everyone at the service something to hold, to follow, and to keep. We print and saddle-stitch them in-house on quality papers, check every booklet by hand, and always send a proof before anything prints.
When time is short, we are a printer with our own presses rather than a studio with a queue: most orders dispatch within one working day of proof approval, and same-day courier delivery is available across London.
We set it for you
Send the running order, hymns, readings and photographs, and we lay the booklet out and email a PDF proof — usually the same working day.

We work to your deadlines and your account: send the family's content and we return a proof the same working day, hold printing until you confirm, and deliver to the funeral home or direct to the venue. Email us through the quote form to set up regular ordering.
Common questions
How quickly can the booklets be ready?
Most orders print and dispatch within one working day of proof approval. Across London, orders confirmed by 2.30pm Mon–Fri can be delivered by courier the same day. If the service is imminent, call or email us before ordering and we will tell you honestly what is possible.
We do not have artwork — just the words and some photographs.
That is how most families order. Send the running order, hymns or readings and any photographs through the quote form, and we will set the booklet for you and email a PDF proof. Nothing prints until you or your funeral director confirms it.
What should an order of service include?
There is no fixed rule. Most run to eight pages: a cover with the name, dates and a photograph; the order of the service with hymns and readings; and a back page for a closing verse, a thank-you from the family, and details of the wake or a chosen charity.
Which sizes and papers do you use?
A5 is traditional, with A6 as a smaller keepsake format. Booklets are saddle-stitched in-house on quality uncoated or silk papers, with heavier covers available — tell us in the quote form if you have a preference and we will advise.
